A lot of this work in Charleston is backyards: deck rails and pergolas, screened porches, pool enclosures, the fence line behind a patio. It runs on the same app as the roofline, so the whole yard comes on for a cookout and goes dark when you turn in.
Then there are the docks. Marsh-front homes on the tidal creeks, the Wando, the Ashley and the Stono, and along the Intracoastal all have them, often with a long walkway out to the pierhead. We light walkways, deck perimeters, piling caps and covered slips. Where the power comes from and how far out the dock runs drive a dock quote more than anything else, so those are the two things we look at first.

Our minimum install is $2,000. The front of a typical home runs $2,500 to $4,000. Landscape and architectural work starts at $2,000 and usually lands between $2,000 and $4,000. Event lighting starts at $2,500.
Every number depends on the house. Roof height, footage, pitch and access all move it, and a raised coastal home with a tall foundation takes more ladder work than a one-story ranch. Most quotes we do virtually, and we come out in person when you want us to. Financing through Wisetack is available with same-as-cash options.
The system is built for the coast. The channel is aluminum, so salt air does not rust it, the run is sealed against water, and it is fastened to the fascia rather than clipped to a gutter. A named storm can damage anything on the outside of a house, and we will not tell you otherwise. What permanent lighting changes is the prep: there is nothing to take down before a storm and nothing to put back up afterward.
If wind or a falling limb ever does damage a section, that is what the warranty and our service visits are for. We are local, and we come out.
