The channel is aluminum, so it does not rust, the run is sealed, and it is fastened to the fascia rather than hung from a gutter.

Our minimum install is $2,000. The front of a typical home runs $2,500 to $4,000. Landscape and architectural work starts at $2,000 and usually lands between $2,000 and $4,000. Event lighting starts at $2,500.
Every number depends on the house. Roof height, footage, pitch and access all move it, and a raised coastal home with a tall foundation takes more ladder work than a one-story ranch. Nearly always, and we help with the paperwork. The channel is color-matched to your trim or gutter and reads as a shadow line from the street, which is what most architectural review committees want to see.
If your home is in a historic district with a Board of Architectural Review, or your community has its own review process, tell us early. It is the part of the timeline most likely to slip, and it is much easier to submit before your install date is booked than after.
Earlier than most people think. Our October through December calendar fills through late summer, and HOA approval and weather both take time out of the schedule.
Booking in late spring or early summer gets you the best availability and our off-season pricing. If you are calling in November, still call, but ask us what is actually left.

A named storm can damage anything on the outside of a house, and we will not tell you otherwise. What permanent lighting changes is the prep: there is nothing to take down before a storm and nothing to put back up afterward.
If wind or a falling limb ever does damage a section, that is what the warranty and our service visits are for. We are local, and we come out.
